species: halovian. out of penacony's dreamscape, the halo cannot be seen, but they’ll supposedly "flicker" during moments when emotions are being negatively affected.
abilities: a lot of it is god-mod territory and i’m not going to ever bother with that. if i’ve explicitly been given permission to go wild, feel free to provide introspection, and maybe i’ll have sunday glean something regarding emotional shifts, but that’s about it. halovians can allegedly read minds, communicate with one another via telepathy, but who knows at this point.
